We are dedicated to provide single people with affordable housing in Duval, Clay and St John’s County, Florida. Demographics served include but are not limited to people depending on SSI and SSDI. Our properties and services are of the best quality due to our commitment to welcoming, affordable all- inclusive living environments. $600 for a shared room and $800 for a single room. No Smoking and No Pets. Fees include furniture, utilities, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer as well as a smart TV in every room.
